Digital Transformation Agency
The DTA’s Whole of Government procurement panels were being served by separate marketplaces, each built on its own with no alignment. That was not an efficient way to deliver the services, and it left a lot to be desired for the people using them. Our work with the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) began with building those individual marketplaces, starting with the Occupational Rehabilitation and Associated Medical Services (ORAMS) Marketplace.

Implementation and support of Atlassian suite in protected AWS
Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry
The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry has around 2,500 users across multiple instances of Jira, Confluence and Service Desk, deployed in Protected AWS environments with stringent security rules and access controls for internal and external users. After 18 months of unresolved issues with its existing managed service provider, the Department turned to us. We solved the existing problems within three weeks.

SAFe training and consulting Reporting and Case Management program
AUSTRAC
AUSTRAC was launching a major Digital Transformation Program: a new digital reporting tool for financial entities and a new Case Management solution. Individual teams had seen some success with Agile ways of working, and AUSTRAC wanted to explore launching the whole program with all teams working in a common Agile way. We tailored SAFe training for 78 team members and helped launch AUSTRAC's first Agile Release Train.

Implementation of an Enterprise Data Management Environment
Australian Bureau of Statistics
The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) needed a coherent, integrated environment for managing its data across the life cycle. Escalating costs and siloed data processing were holding it back. As a subcontractor to a large system integrator on the Statistical Business Transformation Program (SBTP), we helped deliver the Enterprise Data Management Environment (EDME).
