Privacy Policy

William Cox Pty Ltd (ABN 49 612 824 558, ACN 612 824 558) trading as AgilePM ("AgilePM", "we", "us") respects your privacy. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email, phone (optional), organisation (optional), location, and your message, sent to us through the contact form.
• Training and services: details you give us when you book a course or engage us, such as attendee names, contact details, employer and invoicing details.
• Payments: Stripe processes payments. We receive confirmation of the payment, your name, email and amount. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Website technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time.

2. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you: through our website, by email, by phone (02 6188 6081) or in person. Sometimes we collect it from your employer when they book training for you.

3. Why we use it

We use it to:

• reply to your enquiry
• provide, administer and invoice training and consulting
• register you with Scaled Agile, Inc. for SAFe® course access and certification exams, where you enrol in a SAFe course
• meet our legal and accounting obligations
• improve our website

We do not sell your personal information. We will only send you marketing if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We use the service providers below, and only share what they need:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosts our website. Our hosting uses the AWS Asia Pacific (Sydney) region.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact-form enquiries to our email inbox.
• Our email provider holds the email copies of enquiries.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Scaled Agile, Inc. (USA) receives SAFe course registrations.
• Our accountants and advisers, as needed.
• Others where the law requires, such as regulators.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. These include FormSubmit, Stripe, Scaled Agile, Meta and Google. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it in line with the APPs.

6. Cookies and third-party content

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on our website. However:

• The News page shows our Facebook page feed. When it loads, Meta (Facebook) may set cookies and receive your IP address under Meta's own privacy policy.
• Our web fonts load from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address when it delivers them.

You can block these through your browser settings.

7. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. These include access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires (for example, 5 years for tax records), and then delete it or de-identify it securely.

8. Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC): www.oaic.gov.au, 1300 363 992.
