We help organisations become more agile and accelerate their transformations. We bring together solutions that support the adoption and scaling of agile ways of working, AI tools and digital professional skills.

Using systems thinking to align people, processes and tools, we partner with our clients to build and optimise a lasting framework that delivers faster, higher-quality organisational change.

Transformation is hard. Agile practices and digital skills are learned through experience, not from a book or article, and success depends on having the right specialist capabilities in your organisation, or being able to build and keep them. We work with you in a collaborative, flexible and incremental way, so you reach your objectives and build those capabilities as you go.

We provide training, coaching and advice. AgilePM was founded in the US in 2014, has operated in Australia since mid-2016 and is based in Canberra.

Shane Cox – Founder and Principal

Shane Cox, Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) and SAFe® Agilist. Shane has held SPC certification since SAFe 4 and teaches Leading SAFe® and other SAFe courses. Certifications current to September 2027.

Digital transformation specialist and consultant, agile coach and program manager, with experience delivering digital transformation programs in Australia, New Zealand and the United States, including whole-of-government platforms and services. Shane brings nearly 20 years of experience leading programs with budgets from $1M to more than $100M and teams of 20 to 200 people.

Rob Slattery – Customer Success Manager

Commercial specialist with a background spanning 40+ years in the Information Technology and Communications industry. His approach to customer success is based on working in a close collaborative way to uncover requirements, come up with solutions and deliver results. Rob has a mentoring style which builds solid relationships and ensures customer success.

Tai Trieu – Principal Product Manager

A customer focused Product Manager who is passionate about delivering great user experiences. Experienced in working closely with executives and Minister’s offices on multiple transformation programs. The programs include: the first Service Catalogue for the Department of Home Affairs, Digital Client Enquiries Enablement, the Immigration Reform Program and a Channel Management Reform program.

Michael Kim – SAFe Practice Consultant and Trainer

A senior business agility and transformation professional with 20 years of experience across Agile, innovation, strategy, technology and business transformation in Australia and overseas. Michael has worked in a variety of industries including banking, insurance, wealth management, vehicle finance, FMCG and healthcare. He has held Agile leadership roles in the delivery of a number of business transformation and technology initiatives; working with market-leading organisations such as Toyota, P&G, Macquarie Group and AMP.

Adam Gould – VP Technology

An experienced Solution Architect and Enterprise Architect with a hands-on approach to solution delivery. Adam has designed and implemented end-to-end environments and overseen countless production deliveries, as well as introduced leading edge practices to numerous organisations; Data Governance, Master Data Management, Agile, DevOps and Continuous Integration.

Martyn Pretty – SAFe Practice Consultant and Trainer

Martyn is an Agile Coach, Practitioner, Trainer and a SAFe Practice Consultant. Martyn is passionate about the pursuit of relentless evolutionary improvement and uplifting agile capability and maturity for increased change success, strategy delivery and benefits realisation, as well as implementing both traditional and Lean Portfolio Management practices and Bi-Modal PMO’s (agile and traditional).
